PROGRAMME

I have designed this workout plan with one thing in mind - Building Muscle.  This 4 week programme will teach you all the exercises and techniques that you need to start your build.  Every exercise has a video demonstrating how to perform it correctly and has easy to follow instructions.  There are four workouts that each focus on two different muscle groups.  This means that in four workouts a week with three rest days, you will have worked every muscle AND allowed time for your body to grow.  This package will give you full access to my muscle building workout for one month.  After that you can continue your training with me online (many have already).  You will need to have access to weight training equipment either at a gym or at home.  Bodyweight exercises are great but when it comes to packing muscle onto our frames, weights are by far the best choice.  Are you ready?
