Why Online Training Had To Happen
As a personal trainer I love training clients on a one to one basis. However, I am limited as to how many people I can take on through time limitations and maintaining service standards. An obvious solution has been to coach people online which I am happy to say that I now offer.
No More Diary Clashes
You may only be able to free up an hour once a week when I am fully booked or vice versa. Add to this traffic, illness, running late from work, no child care, car trouble, public transport - the list goes on. Online training has the ability to be much more flexible and fit into your day so much more easily, your programme will be available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Get The Trainer That You Want
People often choose a trainer that is local to them as they are the most convenient. This can mean that you don't always get the trainer that you want. Some of my clients travel over an hours drive to see me, not because they don't have any trainers local to them, but because I have proven to them that I get them results and offer a great service.
Not only can online personal training be easier to fit into your diary, it can also offer fantastic value. You get the exact same level of service, my knowledge and time for a fraction of the cost of 1-2-1 PT.
So How Does It Work?

Initial Consultation - Usually through Skype or if preferred - can be through email or over the phone. This is where we get to chat a little about you and your goals. It gives me the chance to learn about you and the best ways that I can get you results. It is also a great opportunity for you to ask me any questions that you may have.
The Workout - Within 24 hours of accepting you as a client I will be sending you log in details for you to access your workout. There is full video instruction for all of the exercises. You can also download an App to view them on your smartphone or tablet/ipad making your exercise plan completely mobile
Dietary Advice - It is vital that we get your energy intake in line with your expenditure. Whatever your health and fitness aims are, diet will be a considerable part of it. In my experience I have found that the best way to get on track with this is by keeping a food diary for a few days so that I can learn more about your day to day eating and drinking.
Video Call Check Ins - Fine, I admit it, I can be a bit nosey! but I am as keen as you are to get you results, I just need to make sure that everything is going to plan. There may be some things that you are not sure about or maybe part of the workout that you really don't like. This is where you can let me know and we can change it. Remember that ultimately it is your programme and if you're not enjoying an aspect of it I need to know. Our next step is for more immediate queries or uncertainties
Email/Phone Support - I am very thorough but there will be times when you need an answer and you need it sooner rather than later. I will always reply or return your call as soon as I possibly can.
It is important to understand that training with me whether online or in person will give you a great service, one is not better than the other, it is purely down to what fits best with you. I will write a programme designed specifically to meet your needs, this is not a generic workout that is handed out at gym inductions or found on Google. This is all of my knowledge and experience going into a workout for you so that you reach your fitness goals quickly and safely.
