I am a Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Coach and Nutrition expert. Basically I'm a bit of a health and fitness nerd that helps people improve their quality of life.

I've coached thousands of people of all ages and abilities, from all walks of life. Whatever your particular goals are, the first step is to set out how you intend to reach them. 

 

Just as you use a map or a SatNav to set out a car journey, you need a plan to reach your health and fitness goals. Without this you are working hard and hoping for the best.

It would be like driving your car in any random direction to get to a specific destination.

So let me take care of the planning. That way you can be sure that you are working towards your goal on the best possible route. Because honestly, if you are working hard but not certain that it will work, it's kind of demotivating!
