AT GO:VER GYM WE DO PERSONAL TRAINING PROPERLY!

GO:VER PT's educate, improve movement patterns, off-set injury and get results.

In addition to progressing towards specific goals, our emphasis at GO:VER GYM is on getting the body to move well with targeted mobility, stability and strengthening. This offsets injury and allows for-on-going progress.

We are incredibly proud of our Personal Training service. The protocols and programming have been developed using the wealth of experience of the team and are updated/built on/reinforced with weekly team training sessions to keep us as industry leaders and guarantee a quality service.
